The following terms of service constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user of this website (“you”, “your”, “user”) and Patriot Printing USA, LLC (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “website”, or “Patriot Printing”). By using this website, you hereby agree to these terms of service.

Sales Tax

Patriot Printing USA, LLC is physically located in Burlington Junction, Missouri and collects the Missouri Sales Tax of 4.225%, in addition to the Nodaway County Sales Tax of 2%, on any applicable purchases. These rates are subject to change without notice, resulting from circumstances to include changes in the state, county, or municipal law, or the relocation of Patriot Printing USA, LLC. The user is responsible for paying any applicable tax to the state, county, municipality, or jurisdiction in which you are located.

Payment Processing Fees

Patriot Printing USA may charge a fee to cover the cost of processing payments made by credit card, debit card, cryptocurrency, check, foreign currency, or any means other than cash in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to refuse any payment method.

Shipping

Patriot Printing offers free shipping to addresses within the lower 48 United States or the District of Columbia, unless otherwise noted. By agreeing to Free Shipping, you authorize Patriot Printing to choose the carrier and service. Should you opt out of the free shipping by requesting any specific carrier, method, or service, you agree to pay the associated cost, plus a handling fee of no less than $10. Patriot Printing reserves the right to refuse user requests for specific shipping carriers, methods, or services. Patriot Printing is not responsible for delays. Patriot Printing is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Refund Policy

Because Patriot Printing offers customized merchandise, which cannot practically be reused or resold, we cannot accept returns. We cannot cancel an order or issue a refund after production has started on your order.

Color

Patriot Printing will reproduce the colors used in your submitted artwork as closely as possible, but cannot guarantee an exact match.

Underprint

Due to limitations in the printing process, listed order quantities on the website are estimates and Patriot Printing does not guarantee that you will receive the precise quantity of items ordered. Patriot Printing DOES guarantee that the underprint will not exceed 10% of the total quantity ordered (for example, if you order 1,000 flyers, we guarantee that you will receive no fewer than 900.) In the case that underprint exceeds 10%, we will issue a refund for the difference.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you submit to Patriot Printing via this website, email, or any other form of communication. You agree that you will not submit any content which (a) is unlawful, (b) infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party, (c) fraudulent, (d) intended to incite or encourage unlawful activity, (e) is slanderous or libelous, or (f) could give rise to civil liability.

By submitting content to Patriot Printing, you claim full responsibility for the content you submit and absolve Patriot Printing, including its members, officers, affiliates, employees and representatives, of any liability resulting from your use of this website or any content submitted by you. You accept full legal responsibility for the content of any material printed by us at your request.

You agree to waive any royalties. Patriot Printing may sublicense these rights to a third party for the purpose of marketing our services or fulfilling your order.

You are fully responsible for the accuracy of your submitted files and should proofread carefully before submitting. Patriot Printing is not liable for any errors in the final product.

Statement of Values

Patriot Printing USA, LLC reserves the right under Missouri’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act (Mo. Rev. Stat. Section 1.302) to refuse to provide any product or service that would violate the religious beliefs of its owner(s), employee(s), affiliate(s) or representative(s). This includes, but is not limited to, printed materials in support of abortion.

Patriot Printing USA, LLC will not print or otherwise produce any material intended to advocate for, promote, or defend (a) Communism, Socialism, Marxism, Democratic Socialism, Critical Race Theory, Cultural Marxism, or any other far-left ideology,. (b) the belief that any one race is superior to another or should be subject to unequal treatment, (c) Anti-Semitism, (d) Radical Islamic Terrorism, or (e) any person, entity, or organization associated with subsections a, b, c, or d.

Patriot Printing USA, LLC reserves the right to refuse any order without disclosing the reason to the user.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

In no event shall Patriot Printing USA LLC, including its owners, employees, affiliates and representatives (‘associated parties”), be liable for damages of any kind that are in any way connected with the use of this website, the inability to access this website, the refusal of services, or any information, products or services obtained from this website. Patriot Printing USA, LLC, and the associated parties will not be liable to you for any damages suffered by you as a result of error or failure to perform services, under any circumstances.
